The owner's previous experience includes many years working as a television service engineer so the technical knowledge and customer service skills give the company an advantage in the installation sector. Peterlee Aerials covers an area from Seaham to the north, Billingham to the south and Sedgefield to the west. Peterlee Aerials are Registered Digital Installers and accredited Sky Digital Installers. The company can provide a wide range of services which include various aerial installations and repairs, not just television aerials. Satellite systems for various languages such as German, Italian, French, etc and 1090MHz aerials for SBS-1 or Airnav virtual radar decoders. Peterlee Aerials has a satisfied group of customers both domestic and commercial. Commercial customers include Four Seasons Health Care, European Care, Walkers Snacks Ltd, Park Resorts, Durham Police, Middlesbrough Council and Hartlepool United. All products used by Peterlee Aerials are of a high standard of quality. Product research is very important and carried out regularly to ensure the customer is given the best service with the best products. Using better quality products increases reliability. The owner has City and Guilds qualifications in signal reception, satellite servicing and TV/video servicing. Has undergone a Safe Working at Heights course and undergone a security background check. The company is owned by John Attwell who has been involved in the satellite and aerial installation market for many years. John is more than able to run the company, having previously worked as a service manager for a local electrical company.
